Natalie Morris has brought more than 25 years of experience in customer service, operations, and business management to her role as Partner at Vertex Accounting Partners, an achievement she attained in 2025. Known for her leadership, operational expertise, and client-focused approach, she plays a key role as Director of Business of Operations and supports the firm’s continued growth.

Natalie began her career in 2001 with Puls & Associates, where she built a strong foundation in client service and office administration under the mentorship of Roger Puls. Over the years, she developed client relations, expertise in project management, and office operations. She subsequently collaborated with Christopher Beaulieu to support the growth and strategic development of Blue Money Strategy Inc.

In 2020, she joined Vertex Accounting Partners as Manager of Business Operations, where she demonstrated strong operational expertise and effective leadership. In this role, she played a pivotal part in optimizing internal processes, is instrumental in delivering tax returns ensuring each return is properly finalized, validated, and filed in accordance with regulatory requirements. Her strategic vision and steadfast dedication to both the firm and its clients position the organization to successfully navigate future opportunities and challenges.

She resides with her family in the northern suburbs of Illinois and enjoys painting, entertaining, and spending time outdoors —particularly in Florida, where she aspires to retire in the future.
